Broadway Bomb 2013

   I had the chance to check out the Broadway Bomb this past Saturday with team rider Nico, his brother JP and our friend Ishy. What a turn out! For those of you who dont know. The Boradway Bomb is a nonsanctioned longboard race from uptown Manhattan down to the Finacial district. It includes racing amongst the traffic of the city, and getting chased by the law. We were met by thousands of skaters upon reaching the starting intersection - as well as hundreds of police officers trying to stop the race from happening. We all made it to the finish line unhurt and unarrested and it took us less then an hour!! The raw nature of this event will have me returning year after year.
